ABOUT ENDLESS21
Q: Who created Endless 21's website template?A: Endless 21's template was created by Kat, the owner. With hours of work, one character and one letter at a time, she created the template and coded it herself. She also created the banners and avatars of the website.
Q: Who makes the quotes on the Quote page? Why do you think it should be added to Endless 21?
A: Kat is who makes the quotes herself. Whenever a good or passionate quote comes to mind, she types it up and adds it to the Quotes page. Most of the quotes are written and came up by her. There are times where she will use a quote from a book, movie, tv show, if she think it is inspirational or sometimes even funny. In case anyone is interested in the 'daily' quotes, she will add multiple quotes a day or have a few days when she doesn't have one come to mind. Believe in yourself. ~

SERVICES FAQ
Q: When will my service get done? I've been waiting for a few weeks.A: Please be patient. I understand you have been waiting for a few weeks, but unexpected things can happen. I work on ordered items when I can. I also work a full-time job. Depending what it is specifically, I can't tell you how long you will wait. If you believe that it is a simple item that was needing to be done and you have waited a long time, please send us an email or through Facebook and we will message you back as soon as possible.
Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: Yes. The heavier it is, the higher the shipping fee. If it is outside of the USA, then you will be paying a higher, hefty shipping fee. We do ship overseas. We won't be reliable if it is broken when it arrives. Photos of the item and the box will be sent to you before shipment. If it is broken on arrival, depending how badly broken it is, we can refund 1% - 25%(also on how much we charged you for the item without shipping costs).
Q: Do you do trades?
A: For the most part, no, I do not. I have had problems in the past. Unless we have constantly have had good service together, I will not do trades.
Q: Why aren't your cheats working on my device(s)?
A: We cannot always guarantee that our cheats will work on your device. You could have the wrong software(not updated or already updated), your device is jail broken(not all work on jail broken devices), you skipped a step or didn't follow it correctly..etc. There could be numerous reasons why our cheats aren't working on your device. If you believe you have done the appropriate things for the specific cheat, you can email us or contact us on Facebook; we will try to help out anyway we can.
Q: I didn't get what I ordered/paid for?
A: We are sorry to hear that from any customer. It will happen, but also I have dealt with some scams just to get something free. You had filled out a form for specifically the item you wanted. You agreed to our terms of service. We will not refund any amount unless there is a valuable cause. Please make it carefree and don't try to scam me. You will lose access to this website.
Q: How long do I have to keep training my pet? My pet doesn't seem to give any improvement at all.

Q: I emailed Endless21 but I haven't gotten a reply back after a few days?A: Please give us at least 5 to 7 days to reply. We exaggerate on the time so our customers don't get upset about the wait time to get a reply. Did you make sure you sent us a valid email address? Please send us another email. If it is very important, message us through Facebook.
Q: What are the tags and hashtags I should send when emailing Endless21? Are they necessary?
A: It is very appreciated if you send tags(e.g. tags: faq, sub, coup, updates..etc.) or hashtags (e.g. #subscriptionsEndless21, #feedbackEndless21, #FAQEndless21..etc.) when emailing us. It lets us know what you need directly. We don't have to decide if you are making a statement or something else such as a questions, want to subscribe and to avoid compact emails. It lets us know that you are more determined to get an email back from us. If you simply want to subscribe, all you need to add in the message is: "subscribe" or "#SubscribeEndless21".

CODING FAQ
Q: Your codes aren't working on my website?A: Please note that there could be several reasons why a code doesn't work properly on a website. Make sure you have it in the correct file, place, code and isn't on a widget. My codes are not allowed to be used anywhere but Endless21, online games that I approve of, your own domain, and of places I approve of and you have my signature engraved in it. If not, I won't ask more than one time. If it isn't taken down, it won't end well at all for you. Things are classified.

OTHER FAQ
Q: What are the subscriptions, coupons, deals..etc.? Do I have to pay for them?A: The subscriptions will be automatic emails sent to you if you would like to get them. Our subscriptions do not cost anything other than your time to look at your email and maybe take a few surveys. You will get coupons up to 75% off of items, deals during the holidays such as bundles and emails of updates to the website of Endless21. You won't have to pay one cent. Email us, #subscriptionsEndless21 and we will email you back about more information.
Q: How do I give feedback? Will it be added to Endless21?
A: Email us through the contact form with #feedbackEndless21 and rate us 1 to 5 stars. If you would like to say a few words along with it, go for it. We will email you back about your rating and feedback. If you would like it to be added to Endless21, we will. It will be under jurisdiction of employees if it would like to be added and if it follows our terms of service.
Q: My Friend cannot view Endless21, why is that?
A: Anyone can view Endless21 unless the following applies;
.:. Sent inappropriate information and has been denied from forever accessing the website.
.:. Failed to follow our Terms Of Service.
.:. Has the incorrect website page.
.:. On a different device other than a computer or laptop. Endless21 becomes distorted.
